improve name rules and rework NamesBank
修复了大部分带有随机组合命名的规则defs（艺术作品、星球、社团组织、人物、动物名称）
对照英文原作者的思路和Rimworld的世界观重写了NamesBank里的词汇。去掉了一些太过出戏的词汇，使之更符合游戏世界观。

major improvement by @SerGawen
修正了一些带有歧义会使玩家产生误解的译名，例如火力锻造台→燃料锻造台。聪明过人→聪明过头（实际上是含有一半贬义）
以及类似的诸多问题。通顺了一些描述性的语句，使之更加便于阅读。
修正了部落人名无法正确生成的bug，并补全了几百条部落namebank和其他的名字库
